PeopleConnections is a free creative profile platform that lets you express yourself through a fully customizable canvas. By creating an account and using this platform you agree to the terms below.

We wrote these in plain English on purpose — no confusing legal walls of text. If something isn't clear, reach out to us.

• You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account.
• By checking the age confirmation box at registration you confirm you meet this requirement.
• Misrepresenting your age or creating an account if you are under the minimum age requirement.

Your profile canvas is yours to design however you like — within these limits:

• No adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• No hate speech, racism, discrimination, or content that targets individuals or groups.
• No harassment, threats, or content designed to intimidate others.
• No illegal content of any kind.
• No impersonating another person, public figure, or organization.
• No content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Within those limits — total creative freedom. It's your space.

PeopleConnections uses a profile owner approval system for comments. This means:

• Comments are held for approval before appearing publicly on any profile.
• Profile owners have the absolute right to accept or decline any comment for any reason — no explanation required.
• Declined comments are removed silently and permanently.
• Do not use comments to harass, spam, or intimidate profile owners or other users.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not share your account with others.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension.

• We store only what's necessary — your username, password (encrypted), and your canvas layout.
• We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data. Ever.
• We do not run ads on PeopleConnections. Your profile stays clean.
• Your canvas content is yours. We don't claim ownership of what you create.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these terms. This includes but is not limited to:

• Posting prohibited content on your canvas.
• Harassing other users through comments or any other means.
• Attempting to abuse, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Creating accounts for users under 16.

PeopleConnections is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not responsible for any content posted by users on their profiles. Profile owners are solely responsible for what appears on their canvas and approved comments.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of PeopleConnections after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
